Any Seneca Nation members (enrolled/non-enrolled) in pursuit of health services careers are eligible to apply. Applicants must be in good standing to receive or have received a high school degree or equivalent GED. Applications must provide official notification that they are enrolled in a full-time, secondary education program (two or four year program).

Recipients awarded a two-year degree are responsible to provide the Seneca Diabetes Foundation with proof of continued education and GPA transcripts in order to receive the second year award.

The deadline for applications is July 31, 2021.

The Seneca Diabetes Foundation has awarded more than $200,000 in scholarships to enrolled members of the Seneca Nation since the 2006/2007 school year.
